By accessing or using ameliaihope.com (the "Site"), subscribing to our newsletter, or purchasing any digital product listed on this Site or on the associated Beacons.ai store, you ("you" or "User") agree to these Terms of Use (the "Terms") in their entirety.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the individual creator operating the Amelia Hope project ("we," "us," or "our"). AI-Generated Images

The images portraying the Amelia Hope persona are AI-generated. They are not photographs of a real person. The creator holds the rights to these images as original creative outputs resulting from their creative direction and prompt authorship. These images may not be reproduced, downloaded, reposted, or used for any purpose without explicit written permission from the creator.

No Reproduction Without Permission

Trademark

Product availability, pricing, and inclusions may change at any time. The most current product information is always available on our Beacons.ai store.

Purchase and Fulfilment

All digital product sales are processed and fulfilled through Beacons.ai. By purchasing a product, you also agree to Beacons.ai's own Terms of Service and refund policies. Amelia Hope has no control over the Beacons.ai payment infrastructure.

All Sales Are Final

Digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase and, consistent with Beacons.ai policy and the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds unless the product file is fundamentally broken or non-deliverable and we are unable to resolve the issue. If you experience a genuine technical problem with a purchase, contact hello@ameliaihope.com and we will do our best to help.

Licence

Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to use the purchased digital product for your own personal learning, creative development, and business purposes, subject to the restrictions described in Sections 5 and 6 below.

This licence is for one individual only. You may not share, gift, transfer, or resell access to any product — in whole or in part — without written consent from the creator.

5. Permitted Use

You are permitted to:

• Access and read the purchased product for personal learning and creative inspiration
• Apply the techniques, workflows, and conceptual approaches described in our products to your own creative or business projects
• Create your own original AI-generated content using the methods and prompting strategies you learn — provided your content is your own original work and not a copy of Amelia Hope imagery
• Adapt prompt structures for your own use, provided the prompts you create are sufficiently original and are not shared or sold as a "prompt pack" derived from our Prompt Library
• Reference the product in professional context (e.g., tell clients or collaborators that you have studied this system) without reproducing its contents

6. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Redistribute paid products — You may not share, upload, post, forward, or otherwise distribute any purchased product file or its contents to any other person or platform, whether for free or for a fee
• Resell or repackage — You may not sell, license, or sublicense the product or any substantial portion of it as your own product or as part of another product or course
• Claim AI images as real photography — You may not use Amelia Hope imagery and represent it as a photograph of a real, existing person without clear and prominent disclosure that the image is AI-generated
• Impersonate Amelia Hope — You may not create accounts, profiles, or content that impersonates or falsely represents the Amelia Hope persona, or that could mislead others into believing you are Amelia Hope or the creator behind the project
• Use content for defamatory or harmful purposes — You may not use any content from this Site or our products in a way that is defamatory, harassing, deceptive, or harmful to any individual or group
• Circumvent access controls — You may not attempt to access restricted areas of the Site or circumvent any technical protection measures on our products
• Use for training AI models without consent — You may not use Amelia Hope imagery, prompts, or written content as training data for AI models without explicit written consent

7. Disclaimer

Amelia Hope Is a Fictional AI Persona

Amelia Hope is an entirely fictional character. Any resemblance to a real person is coincidental. Statements made in the voice of the Amelia Hope persona are for narrative, entertainment, and educational purposes and do not represent the verified opinions, experiences, or statements of any real individual.

No Guarantees of Results

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may also have access to out-of-court dispute resolution mechanisms in your jurisdiction. We are willing to engage with such processes in good faith.
